  • Product Quality & Shipping Errors: Within 15 calendar days after delivery, customers are eligible for return, refund or exchange if items have manufacturing defects, quality issues, wrong items shipped, missing items, or significant discrepancies with website descriptions.
  • Damaged During Transit: Products severely damaged or deformed during logistics transportation are eligible for full refund or free reshipment with valid damage proof.

2.2 Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Cases

  • Items that have been used, washed, altered, damaged, or without original packaging, tags and complete accessories.
  • Customized and personalized products without quality issues.
  • Hygiene products such as underwear, masks and other personal sanitary items (non-quality related problems).

  3. Send Back Items: After approval, you will receive our official return address. Please send back the goods within 7 days. Unreceived returns after the time limit will be invalid automatically.

5. Shipping Fee Policy

  • Customer Responsibility: Shipping fees for no-reason returns are borne by customers. We do not accept freight collect and surface mail packages.
  • Store Responsibility: If returns are caused by product quality defects, wrong shipment, missing items or transit damage, all shipping fees will be covered by our store, and reasonable return postage will be reimbursed.
  • Freight collect packages will be rejected without prior official confirmation from our support team.

6. Refund Method & Processing Time

  • Refunds will be initiated 3-5 business days after product inspection and verification.
  • Bank or payment platform processing may take an additional 3-15 business days. The actual arrival time depends on the financial institution and is beyond our control.
